4. Coaching
- Coaching credits are scheduled subject to instructor availability.
- Rescheduling requires 24 hours' notice.
5. Payments and refunds
- Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
- We offer a 7-day satisfaction window for individual courses not substantially completed. Bundles and coaching are refundable per specific catalog terms.
6. Acceptable use
- No infringement, reverse engineering, or unauthorized sharing of materials.
- No harassment or abusive behavior in coaching sessions or community spaces.
7. Intellectual property
All materials are owned by GentleSpirit Strings and licensed to you for personal study.
8. Disclaimers
We provide educational content but do not guarantee specific performance outcomes. Avoid pain and consult a professional if you experience discomfort while playing.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid by you for the courses in the 12 months prior to the claim.
